First class for 2012 Tuesday

We restart Tuesday classes on the 10th January 2012 at the Community Hall in Marks Place, Morley, 10am to 12.  I have finally got the sample prepared.  We will be doing two of these Coptic bound books this dark coloured one and one in pale creams etc using more lace and vintage items, I would think this will go over three weeks by the time you bind both books.  The covers are collaged and then painted in Golden fluid acrylics.  A small collage of fabrics and beads will be hand sewn and attached.  There are 4 signatures bound in linen thread to covers.

If you are interested in joining us please email or phone me and I will send you the materials list.  I will be providing most of that materials for the first book to save you trying to collect all the items.
I have new linen thread that we will be using in this class and will have extra colours for sale.  As of today the Stampington magazines have still not arrived and Jeanne d'Arc Living is on its way as well so will have plenty of reading material when they arrive.
